Article 2 Relationship between this Convention and other agreements and legal Instruments 1. Each Party shall further adopt and implement effective measures for public disclosure of information about the toxic constituents of the tobacco products and the emissions that they may produce.

Article 11 Packaging and labelling of tobacco products 1. Parties recognize that a comprehensive ban on advertising, promotion and sponsorship would reduce the consumption of tobacco products. Parties recognize the importance of financial and technical assistance from international and regional intergovernmental organizations and other bodies.

Article 21 Reporting and exchange of information 1. Failure to reach agreement by good offices, mediation or conciliation shall not absolve parties to the dispute from the responsibility of continuing to seek to resolve it.
